Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Pinecrest Academy directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- ........Camps: All requests for refunds must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All monies paid with the exception of a $15.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 5 days prior to the start of camp. We are unable to provide refunds requested less than 5 days prior to camp for any reason. We are also unable to issue a credit for future camps.
SCHOOL ACTIVITY POLICY........$15.00 processing fee will apply
100% before 1st practice (less $15.00 processing fee)
50% after 1st practice (less $15.00 processing fee)
No refund after 1st contest
Athletes who try-out but do not make the team can try-out for another sport or receive a refund.
Each refund request for a Pinecrest Academy activity or athletic team will be individually considered against the corresponding activity policies. Please submit individual requests to email@example.com
